Kimberley Nutbey

Walking long distances has been a source of introspection for centuries, if not millennia. Even now, with comfort at our fingertips, people still feel the urge to seek discomfort. Expanding comfortzones has always been my forte and these days I find myself often in the mountains to guide others on their journey.

In this episode I talk about becoming a trail guide, but more importantly, what keeps me going.

The Appeal of Hiking also touches on the concept of 'The Appeal of Adversity'. A short film I have recently created together with Merijn Yestra and Olivier Amersfoort. The video can be watched here.

Thank you for listening! Check out our other episodes or visit our website primalbeings.com where you can also find recipes, book reviews, and more.

We especially would like to invite you to join the virtual campfire on our Patreon where we share exclusive content like meditations, give previews of almost everything we do, and of course give you a peek behind the scenes.

Stay curious, stay connected, and until next time.
